By completing your registration for GSS 2026, you agree to the following guidelines designed to ensure a safe and successful event for all participants.
1. Program & Venue Flexibility
To maintain the highest quality of scientific exchange, the organization reserves the right to make essential alterations to the program, dates, or venue at any time. While we strive to avoid changes, these may be made without prior notice to adapt to speaker availability or logistical requirements.
2. Commitment to Postponed Events
In the event that the conference must be postponed due to factors beyond the organizer’s control (including force majeure, natural disasters, or industrial disputes), your registration remains fully protected.
Continuous Validity: Registrations stay valid for the rescheduled dates or any future edition of the conference.
Policy Note: Please be aware that the standard refund policy does not apply if the event is moved due to these unavoidable circumstances; instead, your credit is automatically transferred to the new event date.
3. Limitation of Liability
The organization acts as a facilitator for global scientific exchange and is not liable for:
External Disruptions: Any loss or damage resulting from substitution, alteration, or postponement caused by events such as sabotage, accidents, or hostilities.
Personal Safety: Loss or damage to personal property, or personal injuries sustained by delegates during or as a result of the conference.
Unforeseeable Cancellation: In the rare case of a total cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances, the organizer’s liability is limited to notifying the client, with no further financial liability.
4. Delegate Responsibilities
Stay Informed: We recommend that delegates regularly check the official conference website for the latest updates regarding the schedule and logistics.
Communication: In the event of a cancellation or major change, we will utilize reasonable alternative arrangements, such as prominent website alerts, to keep all ticket holders informed.
