Dr Vijay P has earned his Ph.D. in the year 2009 from Babasaheb Bhimrao (Central) University, Lucknow India. He is Area Chair and Faculty of Legal Aspect of Management in Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIML). Before joining he was associated with Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi and University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. Dehradun. He has published more than 15 papers in reputed journals and one book. He has presented papers at national and international conferences. His teaching and research areas include Business Laws, Criminal law - including cybercrimes, Gender studies, Terrorism, Human Rights, and ADR.
