Jeremy Sachs is an integrative and Narrative Exposure psychotherapist, lecturer, and Director of the COSRT-accredited Trauma Diploma at the NAOS Institute, London. Originally from London and now based in Glasgow, he works in private practice and has designed and led group work and services for marginalised populations, including ex-offenders, people experiencing homelessness, and those with long-term health conditions. He led the UK’s only HIV-aware group for 10–12 year olds and has run clinical recovery groups for male survivors of sexual abuse, teenagers, and trans and non-binary survivors.
He hosts The Trauma Talks podcast and contributes regularly to Therapy Today, Happiful, and the BACP Private Practice Journal. His first book, An Intersectional Guide for Male Survivors of Sexual Abuse and Their Allies: Masculinity Reconnected (Routledge, 2025), explores developmental stages, intersectionality, and transformative approaches to male survivor healing. He is currently editing his second book, Clinical Perspectives on Working with Men and Shame.
