Farkhanda Ijaz is a qualitative PhD researcher in Business at the University of Brighton. She competed in the 2025 Three Minute Thesis Competition at the University of Brighton and She has delivered compelling presentations at international conferences, sharing insights on the socio-economic impacts of child labour. Her work focusses on exploring the root causes of child labour globally for social transformation because she believes “childhood should represent dignity, not economic survival, prioritising education is not just a policy choice, it is a Human Right”.
