Michelle is a queer, neurodivergent survivor of gender-based violence with over 15 years of experience in Ottawa’s francophone social services for victims and survivors of gender-based violence. Frustrated by systemic limitations, she turned to civic engagement to connect with a sense of agency. She has run multiple times for office and is the president of her neighbourhood community association. Michelle a registered psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and trainer specialized in gender-based violence.
